Affiliation – Ken Lyons Photography will not falsely represent affiliation with any other entity or person.
Compliance – Ken Lyons Photography will abide by all Australian Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
Conflict of Interest – Ken Lyons Photography will not allow any preferred relationship with a supplier to interfere with the interests of clients.
Consumer Protection – Ken Lyons Photography will make every effort to protect clients against any fraud, misrepresentation or unethical practices that may arise in the course of normal business.
Dispute Resolution – Ken Lyons Photography will work with all interested parties to satisfactorily resolve any dispute that may arise.
Delivery – Ken Lyons Photography will provide all components as stated in their brochure or written confirmation relating to workshops, tours or services, or provide alternative components of equal or greater value, or provide appropriate compensation if that component cannot be provided.
Disclosure – Ken Lyons Photography will provide complete details about terms and conditions of any workshop, tour or service, including cancellation and service fee obligations, before accepting payment for that workshop, tour or service.
Notice – Ken Lyons Photography will promptly advise any client who has reserved a space on any workshop or tour, of any change in itinerary, services, features or price. If substantial changes are made that are within the control of Ken Lyons Photography, the client will be allowed to cancel without penalty.
Professionalism – Ken Lyons Photography is committed to acting in a professional manner at all times and commits to regularly participate in professional development in order to remain fully informed on the various facets of Australian and international tourism, workshops and tours.
Refunds – Ken Lyons Photography will remit any undisputed funds under their control within the specified time limit and in accordance with the Payment and Refunds Policy. Reasons for any delay in providing refunds will be given to the claimant promptly.
Responsiveness – Ken Lyons Photography will promptly respond to any client complaints.

Exploitation of Children – Ken Lyons Photography is committed to the “Code Of Conduct For The Protection Of Children From Sexual Exploitation In Travel And Tourism” and as such will not provide or assist in the provision of any service that, to their knowledge, is to be used for a purpose involving the sexual exploitation of children.
