TWiP Street Focus Guest

Fire Fighter's Memorial

Heroes with grimy faces – In honour and memory of those fire fighters who gave their lives in the defence of the nation (1939-1945)

I had the pleasure of being a guest co-host on Valerie Jardin’s Street Focus podcast recently.

It was a pleasure to chat with Valerie as we discussed converting images to black and white and how to get motivated to go out shooting when you’re tired or jet lagged.

Street Focus is one of my favourite podcasts. It’s part of the TWiP network that now covers quite few different genres. If you haven’t listened to Street Focus, I’d encourage you to do so. While you’re at it, why not check out the other podcasts in the network too. They cover so much now that I’m sure there’s something there for everyone.

Thanks so much to Valerie for inviting me onto her show. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and if you have a listen, I hope you enjoy it too.

Head on over to This Week in Photo to check out the other shows, or go directly to their subscribe page.

Photography is about vision; I love making photographs that tell a location’s story – the place, the people and the culture. I'm a photographer with a relaxed approach. I'm an experienced traveller and love teaching others about photography. Images can be made anywhere - right in your back yard or in exotic overseas locations. I can teach you not only to look at your surroundings, but also to really "see" what's there. Photography is more than just pressing a button. It's also about vision. Let me show you how to look, see and capture your world.
